She’s Strange Magic is a 3 yr old registered TWHBEA filly. Magic was foaled on October 1, 2021. She stands 14.3 hh with the potential to grow a little more and, of course, fill out. Magic is a beautiful black sabiano filly with all the right color and markings. I will start off by saying “She’s Strange Magic” is an exceptional young horse that has been one of my personal favorites in our program this year. Magic has a good head on her shoulders, a kind eye, a smooth stylish gait, and a big heart on a youngster! Magic was raised locally by a friend of mine. She started her career back in the winter at Spencer Benedict Stables. I was able to acquire her early this spring. I have been happy to own and ride her this year. Since being with me, she has seen several trail miles and even been on a couple camping trips. Magic confidently crosses water, logs, carefully maneuvers through steep and rocky terrain, stands tied, crosses bridges, tarps, etc.
Magic is young, still learning, but wise beyond her years. I have had her in some challenging trails where some aged horses could lose their cool. Magic has carried me anywhere I need to go with ease. Magic stands patiently to mount from the ground or a mounting block. She also has good ground manners and easily loads and backs off a trailer.
On top of this, her gait is at the top! She is smooth from a flat walk to a running walk on up to a rack! She travels the way I personally like one to. All of this is no surprise. She was bred to be good and that’s exactly what she will be. Magic is sired by multiple WGC and a WC stallion I’m Copperfield! Her dam is a direct daughter of JFK. Her pedigree boasts other greats, such as Pride’s Generator, The Pusher C.G., Pride of Midnight H.F. In the future, this would make her a great candidate for a broodmare.
At this time, she is so nice that I would have to keep riding her, trails or show! Magic is good for the farrier, vet, and to handle around the barn. She’s patient while grooming and gets along with others in the pasture. I have a lot of good things to say about this filly. Of course, at the end of the day, she is still a young horse that is learning, but she is well on her way to making an absolutely great horse! Purchase a young horse like this to finish yourself or hire your trainer of choice to do it. This way, you eliminate ending up with aged horses that have engraved bad habits. I feel Magic represents our breed, the TWHBEA, well.
I am proud to be offering her to the public. Magic is UTD on vaccinations, deworming, coggins, and has a clear health inspection from the veterinarian! I also have her registration papers and transfer in hand. There is a lot of opportunity here. Magic is ready to go and enjoy riding with you! Proxy Bidding:
Proxy bidding is an automatic bidding system that is great to use! Entering a proxy amount allows the system to automatically bid on your behalf. This keeps you from having to babysit the auction. It also protects your maximum bid by not displaying that amount until you are bid against. We advise entering your max bid especially if you will be away from your electronic device or in a poor service area at the end of the auction. To place a proxy, or automatic, bid simply enter the amount of your maximum bid into the Custom Bid box. This allows the system to automatically enter your next bid $100 above contending bidders until your maximum bid is met or the auction ends, whichever comes first. You may also increase your maximum bid at any time without it displaying until you are bid against. If your maximum bid is reached and you are outbid, you will receive an email letting you know that you have been outbid.
Buy It Now:
If the bidding process is NOT for you, we offer a Buy It Now (BIN) option. This option allows you to purchase a horse immediately without waiting until the auction closes. The Buy It Now (BIN) option is available at the seller’s discretion. If the seller offers a Buy It Now option, a bidder can purchase that horse immediately at a price set by the seller. When the “Buy It Now” button is selected, the auction will end immediately. At that time, the purchaser is responsible to make payment arrangements with Classic Horse Auction. You may either be invoiced or you may pay via credit card (a 4% processing fee will be added for all credit card transactions). The “Buy It Now” option will be removed prior to the close of the auction.
Final Minutes:
Please be aware that if a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the close of the auction, an additional 5 minutes will be added to the clock. Time will extend for each new bid placed until 5 minutes has gone by with no new bids.
Technical Issues:
In the event of technical issues (site crash, server glitch, etc.) within the last 10 minutes of the auction that prevent you from placing your bid, please contact Hope Jenne (615-545-6488) within TEN MINUTES of the close of the auction.
Non Payment Fee:
Buyers are required to make payment by the close of business the following day. Purchasers who do not will be charged a $1,000 fee to the card on file. This also applies to purchasers using the Buy It Now option.
